Please measure your child without bulky clothing on. These are actual body measurements 
and you should order according to these rather than what you expect the dress measurements to be. 

 Wearing ease  of about 1 1/2 to 2 inches is added to these measurements on the actual dress, except for the length, which is the actual dress measurement. 

(Dress lengths may vary from 1/2" to 1" on the actual dress.)
